About

Bearricade Mk.II is Bear Metal Team 2046’s robot for the 2026 FIRST Robotics Competition season. A pivoting intake collects game pieces into an expandable hopper before they are delivered to the shooter. The assembly shows how the team arranged its collection, storage, and scoring mechanisms within the robot. 2026 season accomplishments: In 2026, Bear Metal won the Sammamish and Auburn district events, the Pacific Northwest District Championship, and the Newton Division before finishing as a FIRST Championship finalist. The team also earned Excellence in Engineering at the district championship.
